Dr Vivek Vij

Dr Vivek Vij is one of the youngest and one of the most talented transplantologists in India. Dr. Wii is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He was the only Indian candidate chosen for the prestigious mentor training program at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, USA.

Dr Vivek  is known as a doctor who has record success rates in the field of transplatology - 95% for the recipient and 100% for the donor. Also, Dr. Vij's   activity  is characterized by the lowest level in the world of biliary (biliary) complications, <4%.

Dr Vivek  is the first in India to have a double transplant at the same time, a liver and kidney. On his account more than 2500 operations. The last 200 liver transplants were performed without blood transfusion and bile leakage.
